For your celebration, party, reception, or just for a weekend at home, we'll prepare cold cuts platters. A combination of selected cold meats, cheeses, cold cuts and other delicacies.
We offer: cold meats, cheese, mix or roast beef. How about traditional Czech headcheese, bologna with onion? Or do you have a special request?
Schnitzels and Roulades
We'll prepare schnitzels or roulades in many variations. Exactly to your taste. We'll fry the schnitzels golden, bake the roulades, or just bread them and prepare them for you to cook at home.
We offer: pork, veal, chicken or turkey schnitzels. Beautiful roulades — chicken, turkey, veal, pork or festive duck. With herbs and spices exactly to your taste.
Marinated Meats
We'll marinate your chosen meat in selected marinades from our secret recipes. We'll prepare burgers, meatloaf, steaks or aged meats for the grill. We'll advise you on the right cooking method for a perfect result.
We offer: pork such as neck, roast, tenderloin, luxury beef sirloin steaks, excellent beef burgers, aged steak meats in various cuts. Chicken, turkey or duck breasts.
We Debone and Grind
Preparing poultry for cooking is no easy task. We'll gladly do it for you. Don't have a meat grinder at home? No problem. We'll freshly grind the selected piece of meat. We'll recommend the right preparation for your needs and you're left with the fun part.
We offer: we can debone whole chicken or thighs, as well as duck or turkey. We grind beef, veal or pork.
We Prepare Roast Beef
Juicy roast beef, cooked just right? No problem. Leave it to us. We guarantee it'll disappear in no time. A proper piece of England.
We offer: classic roast beef. We'll season it to your liking and roast it to perfection.
We Source Unusual Products
Can't find a specific type of meat or poultry? You can rely on us. Besides seasonal classics like spring chicken, St. Martin's goose and more, we'll try to fulfill your specific wishes too.
We offer: corn-fed duck or drake, baby turkey for Christmas, quails or guinea fowl, Bresse chicken, capon, lamb or seasonal game. We'll gladly supply all of this.
