We opened our butcher shop on Kozí Street in Prague Old Town
in 2011.
Our goal is to bring back honest butchery with a hot buffet
to the heart of our city and be a bearer of a modern take on the tradition of butchers and meat producers.

We feel gratitude and pride that we have become
a favorite spot for locals and a sought-after stop for visitors.

Meat

From verified suppliers, we offer fresh meat of the highest quality, including unusual types depending on the season. Beef, pork, sirloin for steaks, veal, rabbit. Ducks, geese, chicken including corn-fed chicken from France, turkey or duck. In season, we offer game. We prepare, debone and marinate everything to your wishes.

Cold Cuts

A carefully selected range of cold cuts from the oldest Czech brand Pejskar and other producers, constantly supplemented with specialties from all over Europe. From honest salami to fine hams of many kinds. The best frankfurters, sausages and famous špekáčky, or excellent headcheese. Our passion is fermented salamis, which are also a sought-after gift.

Fresh Products

Every day you'll find a selection of fresh products from farms and the best suppliers. Farm milk and butter, yogurts in glass jars and eggs just like from grandma. Also fresh pasta and other goodies according to current availability.

Cheese

Our cheese selection is famous far and wide. We offer a selection of the best from all over Europe. From classic types to unusual flavor combinations. From five-year aged gouda, through French aged cheeses, to Italian pecorino. Looking for fresh cheese from Farma Bláto, goat cheese or mozzarella? We'll gladly let you taste and help with the selection.

Delicatessen

A deli counter you remember from childhood. Classic salads, spreads, a selection of pâtés. Or try a proper aspic, marinated cheeses. Pickled sausages or rollmops? You'll find all this and much more here. But you don't have to buy just for takeaway. We'll happily serve anything straight onto a plate. With a fresh roll, both small and big hunger will be gone in no time.

Specialties

We search for the most interesting items from Czechia and abroad, so you can find truly everything you need. Olives, capers, various stuffed peppers, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, cabbage rolls and other goodies that keep expanding our selection. We'll recommend how to combine them with cold cuts and cheeses for an exceptional experience.

Groceries

Everything for your cooking from selected suppliers. Oils, spices, rice, legumes, Italian pasta. Seasonings of all kinds, honey, jams, marmalades. Pickled vegetables in many variations. Tomato sauces from Italy or ajvar from the Balkans? We have it all.

Ready Meals

No time to cook, or heading to the cottage and want to enjoy it without effort? We have a solution in a jar for you. A large selection of soups and ready meals. Just heat up and prepare a side dish. You can also get fresh dumplings here. But feel free to have that great goulash just with bread.

Bread & Pastries

Daily fresh baked goods from selected bakeries fill our Masna with fragrance every morning. Several types of bread, like proper sourdough. Our famous rolls for breakfast, soup or a snack. How about a fresh bun for your burger? The fact that we'll prepare the meat for it too is a given.

Beverages

Beers from local breweries, a careful selection of wines from Moravia, Italy and France. We'll be happy to discuss and advise what goes with your planned dinner. Proper juices or our mixed lemonades straight into a cup. How about a coffee with our breakfast or after lunch for the road?
